National Park

Today I went to National Park with my parents, uncles, ants, and cousins.

Return home of married woman's parents

Jan. 2 in lunar calender is the date for married woman returning parents' home. My uncle(my mother's brother) treated his sisters' families lunch in a restaurant. We have around 20 people to eat together. It was very busy.






Then it was my mother's turn to treat dinner for my married sisters' families. Of course, it was a big meal again. This year was more busy because of my nephew. She is the first granddaughter so that everyone loves her. She is our princess.

New Year gift

This is my first New Year gift, especially from Korea. This afternoon, a postman was walking into my home and yelling excitedly.

" A surprise from Korea. Could you confirm if the receiver is correct?" said the postman.

I knew it was your delivering. Of course, the receiver is correct.

I am so surprised with your gift coming so fast. My parents really appreciated your gift. I like your Korean tea especially. Thanks.

Harmonica Club

I had a dinner with some of my harmonica club's friends. Today we had a nice talking. We shared our life and work experience. They are humorous people, tonight I had a lot of laugh.

Career

Yesterday I went back my previous company to visit my colleagues and my boss. They were very surprised to see me and asked if I would like to come back to work. Actually, I have decided that I will not go back. Therefore, before my boss tried to explain the job contents to me, I rejected him politely first. He was still nice to me, even though I rejected his invitation, he still would like to introduce me another job if I want. I really appreciated his care.

Despite my coming back only for one week, the feeling is like I have come back for one month. Now I am thinking about what kind of job I should apply. Fro my new job, I have two requestments, one is normal working time, another is providing the chance to use English.

Now I am full energetic after eight months resting. Hopefully I can start my work in March.

Singing Room

My best Taiwanese friend, Jessica, I have known her over ten years.

Today we went to singing room for being a spy. Because Jessica's older sister is this singing room's manager. The head quarter of this singing room wants to do some secret survey to check their customer service quality. Therefore, we got three hours free to sing. All of the things we need to do are checking the quality of the customer service, like their service attitude, their service efficienty.

Both of us are not the persons who like pop songs. Comparing singing, actually, I prefer talking with her. I think no quests like us that chating in the singing room instead of singing.

I am paying attention on singing.

Niwa Reiko

Her name is Niwa Reiko. She is a Japanese. I met her on the airplane on the way home from Hong Kong to Taiwan. It was a coincident encounter. She studied English in Canada three years ago. Now she traveled alone to Canada and Mexico, and met some of her classmates and homestay. The day we met she just finished all the travel in Canada, and was going to travel in Taiwan for one week. Before traveling in Taiwan, she has traveled in Canada and Mexico in the past four months.

Maybe we have the same experience to study in Canada, or something especial personality we have in common, so we had a nice talk on the airplane. Even though we just met each other around one hour, I like her. I left my phone number to her, and told her I can introduce her some places in Taipei if she wants.

Few days later, she phoned me. Therefore I met her again. Unfortunately, the weather was not good at that day.

I brought her to "Taipei 101" which is the highest building in the world. It was cloudy so that I could not take clear picture.
